![]() ![]() We are interested in the vehicle so proceed to ask questions of which Steve did not have many answers. ![]() He tells us the car is going out to “wholesale” tomorrow and it will be auctioned off. He returns and this is where the whole evening turns into the Twilight Zone. After chatting for a bit Steve politely excuses himself to go see his manager with his notes. He wanted to know how we would be paying, if we would finance, how much we would be putting down etc. It was a solid car, and the Carfax was more impressive on scheduled maintenance than any other I have seen.Īfter the ride we all sit down at Steve’s desk, and he proceeds to ask us follow up questions. ![]() He proceeded to go get the vehicle and both my husband and I each took it for a test drive. Got to the showroom and was introduced to Steve the salesman, who was pleasant enough. She then informed me if the car gets sold before I get there for my appointment she would call or email me as to not waste anyone’s time. Kristie had asked if I would like to leave a deposit over the phone, I politely declined. Both the receptionist (Kristie) and the manager (Alex) called me to confirm the appointment. Made an appointment to see a used 2013 GMC Terrain that was on their lot. Most bizarre car dealership experience I have ever had. FOR WHAT? IVE BEEN TRYING TO TALK TO THEM FOR A MONTH NOW. Everything about this experience has been a LIE!!!! THATS WHAT THEY CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE? I’m sure they will finally reply back to this review like they like to reply to all negative reviews left here saying to call them lol. I have text him for 3 straight days and he has ignored me. He tells me let me talk to my manager again and I’ll get back to you. Once again I text Junior and explained what I was going through and text him the receipt. Come to find out it had electrical problems. I took it to Car Toyz where they specialize in everything. That’s when I knew there was a bigger problem. I once again called junior and he said this was wrong on his managers side and that he would talk to another manager and call me back. Well guess what 2 days later new battery died. So I once again just dealt with the situation and bought a brand new battery. I called Junior and he said his manager said for me to drive the car back to them 2 hours. Well 2 days after owning the car the battery was completely dead and I couldn’t even charge it. After spending all day at the dealership I finally left with my car. Before I left I asked Junior the salesperson what they did to the car since trade in. I should have known that was just the beginning. Once my ride left and I was brought into the finance office I was told the rate went up 2 points, $15 monthly and now 49 months instead of 48 months. I had to have someone drop me off at the dealership the next day. I was approved at a rate for 48 months with 9K down. I explained that I was over 2 hours away each way. I came across a Corvette that they just traded in. I NEVER HAD TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW BUT FOR THIS ONE I HAVE TO.
